This is a tale about Tato. I had a sweet potato ( I named Tato) that I left uncooked so long it grew eyes. I didn't want to eat it and put it in a bowl of water. Well, it grew fast and started to take over my kitchen. I thought about just throwing it away but didn't have the heart so went to Lowes to buy potting supplies. I've never potted a plant so really didn't know what to get but started grabbing stuff anyways. That's when a Lowes employee named Alison (with one "L") said, "Hello can I help you?" She was friendly and asked questions about what I was looking for. I told Alison and she led me around the gardening area making suggestions for the correct pot size (13 gallons!) and all of the different soils I'd need. She looked things up on her phone to get ideas and did math to figure out the soil ratios. That impressed me but I knew once I got everything home I'd screw it all up anyways but at least got Tato planted. So far he's doing alright. So with a big thank you to Alison and Lowes I think Tato's going to make it. Will keep you all informed about how Tato is doing down the road.

I bought a GE dishwasher with 3 year warranty plan August of 2025, the pump went out and I called a few weeks ago to get a claim going. They are using a company Sharper Services that apparently only has ONE technician in Kootenai County, my part was ordered three weeks ago, got the part two weeks ago and my wife pointed out it's used.... the technician scheduled me that same week only to have them call and reschedule to today because apparently he was overbooked. They, Sharper Services, called today to let me know they have to reschedule again (this time he's sick) and they confirmed again they only have one tech.... Lowes you need to do better, don't hire a company that's basically a one man show for our area.. This is horrible service that reflects just as much on you for your poor choices in companies.

I have never used mylowe's Rewards online. Recently I used it and my purchase wouldn't go through. I deleted the card several times but could not correct the problem. I called online services and found out that the expirations we different from the physical card. They were able to take my order. I have always been able to use my card in store. It took me over 2 hours to try and get it corrected. Each time I called I had to deal with the recorded messenger repeating all my personal information. Repeating, and explaining to all the different phone calls to Reps, what my problem is. I failed to reach anyone who would correct it or have any knowledge or troubleshooting experience. Last phone number I called was Lowe's Care Center. I had called this number earlier and they could not help me. I was told after 4 calls with different numbers to call this number again, 800-445-6937, to ask for a supervisor and have them exoculate this problem. Kim, who is the manager, never returned my call. Synchrony could not help me. It seems like it would be an easy fix. I don't feel that I should have to do this every time I do an online order. Other numbers given to me: 800-444-1408, 800-890-5932, and 800-665-8232. I finally gave up. Most of the Reps had an attitude and funny I didn't. I should have had one. I kept my cool.
