BY FAR THE WORSTE PLACE TO PURCHASE BIG ORDERS. ITEMS MISSING IN DELIVERY, WRONG ITEMS SHOW UP, ALL AROUND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PURCHASING LUMBER PACKAGE, WINDOWS, AND MISC. BUILDING SUPPLIES.

I always have great service at lowes until yesterday's visit. We're looking for a new washer and dryer and found one we liked on the main floor. Asked the younger gal about them and she kinda rolled her eyes and needed to call for someone. They were out of these in the store, they were on a sale. We asked if we could buy the set on the floor and she said no. Asked if we could order them and she said yes but you don't get the discount. We were ready to buy them and they basically said no.
We then went to find a new sink faucet and went to ask an older gentleman a question. We started with "we just bought new construction and had a question.." he cut us off and legit said "I'm sorry!", with a chuckle. We just buy a new home and he says sorry that we bought new construction. That's so rude. Uncalled for to diminish someone's joy. We will never go back there. I'm so disappointed because I have always been the one to say lowes is better than home depot when it comes to service. Was very let down at this location.

Good selection. Kathryn at the self check out had no sense of humor not helpful and made it uncomfortable to be there. She may need a vacation or a Bible retreat. Chalking this up to someone's bad day will give it another chance, just disappointed.

Lowe’s the store is a solid B+. Great staff and a good selection of products. The drive through lumber is the best. I remember when it was Eagle and you could buy a hot dog in the foyer, so they can’t compete with that, but overall Lowe’s would get a solid 4.5 stars if it weren’t for one thing…
THEY SPY ON YOU! They have FLOCK cameras with license plate readers and facial recognition in their parking lot sending data back to a Peter Thiel owned company. Hello Minority Report. Lowe’s real product is not an awesome tube of Flex Seal (yes it’s the best). It’s your biometric data being sold to Americas billionaires.
