  I have ALWAYS been super happy with all the services we’ve gotten from Elite over the years. They are SUPER helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They’ve taken care of our cars’ keys for years and we couldn’t be happier. No one wants to have key problems, but they make the experience amazing. They’re kind, super friendly, do an amazing job (they’re helpful in a way that’s best for the customer… not just stick you with the highest priced thing), and their prices are fair and reasonable. Super 5 stars!!

  Everyone here is so kind and always tries to give you the best deal they can. I went in for a new key that i thought would be very expensive and they used my old key to combine with the new key to make it cheaper for me.

  Call to get some basic information about a key fob issue and the man that answered the phone was less than friendly. He gave me untrue advice about not being able to reprogram the key fob and was one of the most unkind and unfriendly people I've ever spoken to in a customer service field. Definitely tried to upsell me the whole time. Will not be using their services ever again
