  This is the second appliance we have purchased from Second Chance this year (we’re replacing 18 year old Kenmore units)! Both times have been very positive … from picking out the unit with Sloan’s assistance to having their professional technicians deliver and get them set up. We have some other old appliances so when the units let us know that they are done we will be back at Second Chance for their replacement. I highly recommend them!

  You won't find a better spot to browse and purchase appliances that will fit your needs, The group of ladies that assist are abosoultly amazing and hard working woman. Matt's abilities and understanding of appliances along with the technicians will assure your taken care of..I bought a upright freezer here that came with a warranty, and i discovered floor washers in a drawer, call me old but it was the 1st time I've ever seen them.   I highly recommend Second Chance Appliances! I recently purchased a refrigerator, washer, dryer, and washer/storage pedestals from them, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their selection is far better than I expected. Whether you’re looking for individual appliances or matching sets, they have a tremendous variety of options available. What really sets them apart is their business model. Most of their inventory consists of newer appliances with minor cosmetic dents or dings from shipping and delivery, allowing customers to save thousands without sacrificing quality. They also provide a one-year warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. One of the owners is a technician as well, so they take pride in repairing and restoring appliances whenever possible. The value was incredible. If I had purchased the same appliances brand new at retail pricing, I would have spent well over $6,000. Instead, I was able to get everything I needed for just under $3,200. I researched the models and confirmed I received an honest deal and outstanding value. Even more importantly, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. They were transparent, answered my questions, and helped me find the best options for my needs. The only suggestion I would offer is regarding the cleaning of refurbished appliances. I purchased everything for the washer and dryer new, but the refrigerator I chose a refurbished option. On first inspection, the refrigerator appeared clean and presentable. However, when I removed the shelves and drawers for my own deep cleaning, I found a decent amount of old spills and residue in areas that weren’t immediately visible. This wasn’t a major issue and certainly didn’t affect my satisfaction with the purchase, but I think taking the extra step of completely removing shelves and drawers during the cleaning process would make an already great experience even better. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Great people, great prices, excellent selection, and real value. I would absolutely recommend Second Chance Appliances to anyone looking for quality appliances while saving a significant amount of money.

  Genuinely the best spot in the treasure valley to find an appliance. Great prices, great warranty, fantastic customer service! They deliver and set your appliance up for you and will help with any questions you have along the way! Their inventory is also SO great they have beautiful appliances! I would never go anywhere else!!
