  They were able to schedule my washer repair right away. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He fixed my machine in a timely manner. The price of the repair was very reasonable. I would use A1 Quality Appliance again if I need an appliance repair in the future.

  This business delivered a costco.com dishwasher order. This business demanded a additional cash fee for four steps. No receipt. Contacting Costco afterwards they stated their delivery includes up to four flights of stairs, not individual stairs. I hope this company loses their Costco contract.

  Excellent service. Phone is answered by a person without having to go through multiple prompts. Ben, the technician who came to our home was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. If we need service again, I hope it will be with Ben.

  This was for a dishwasher install with Lowe’s. Brick (sp) was the technician that came out. He was timely, polite and professional. This was done without a mess, no scratches to floor or cabinets and we were given great appliance instructions.
