  Thank you so much for sending out your amazing technician, Connor. He explained everything that happened to my washing machine and fixed it ….yea! A person does not realize how dependent they are on their washing machine and refrigerator until they break down . Thank goodness the turn around time from the first diagnostic service visit to the actual repair job was only 9 days, which included parts being ordered and delivered. Such a great email tracking system as well for customer being able to track their ordered parts and delivery of them. Thanks for making my life so easy with this organized customer service . I’m a forever customer of yours and will refer people your way.

  Costco Bosch dishwasher delivered and installed by Damian at Top Quality Appliance. Price was included with Costco purchase. Damian was great! He’s the appliance installer wizard. He had to make adjustments and did a great job. Nice guy and knowledgeable.

  Love A1 Quality Appliance. We have used them several times for various appliances and they are always been prompt and professional. They also do warranty work on a variety of brands so you can bypass dealing with the manufacturer process!!

  Jacob was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly professional and helpful from start to finish. He installed our dishwasher, then he took the time to clearly explain how to use it and how to keep it in great working order. He even offered to help me put everything back in place after I had cleared the area for the installation. His thoughtful, above and beyond service made the whole experience such a pleasure. Thank you for the excellent service. I would absolutely recommend A1 Quality Appliance.

  I wish I could give this company ten stars. They installed our dishwasher from Costco. There were a couple of extra things that had to be done and set up to properly install the dishwasher - they were very communicative and helpful. They had to come back twice (no fault of their own - just Bosch warranty things) and they were prompt with scheduling. Easy to get ahold of, helpful with the hot mess that our last dishwasher installers did, and did a great thorough job with the final install! Damien was our installer - he’s amazing!! And my cat loved him - that’s how you know they’re good! Our last install was done through Best Buy and it was a nightmare. We were without a dishwasher for almost 3 months and when it was installed they destroyed our cabinets putting huge holes and messy lines to the sink. This install was stress free and I didn’t have to worry that the job would get done correctly!
