  I was very happy with how quickly they responded and they sit over a wonderful young man named James who was extremely helpful and thorough and I might add kind he did a great job and they were very prompt once they got the part that was needed to return and get it repaired it was only down about 1 week which in this day and age, was pretty darn prompt I have no complaints at all. I will certainly call them first if I have any more repairs that are needed on any of my appliances. I truly appreciate their prompt response and the job that was done.

  Great experience overall. Multiple issues with our fridge. Good communication, things went as predicted. Extended warranty saved the day. Very friendly and personable tech. A positive experience.

  The technician was exceptional in describing the problem and the resulting fix. He pursued the warranty and our level of qualification. His repair was as timely as possible.

  I didn’t have any cost for the installation of new refrigerator. They were on time and very personable and professional. They made sure everything was working and cleaned fridge. Made sure no damage to house. I’d use this company in the future

  I live in a remote area where the nearest two appliance repair companies that I contacted did not even respond. I found a posting for this company and made the call, expecting another negative response. Instead they contacted me quickly. They had a technician at my home the next day even though it required over a 2 hour drive. The technician was very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly. After he obtained the parts he needed and returned, he had us operational again. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs.
