  Dropped by Lazyboy today and met Charles out on the show room. We told him what we wanted and he knew exactly what we were looking for. We found a real nice set of powered leather rockers and matching couch. Charles did the paper work and collected our cash and everyone stayed happy. Really like the chocolate colored leather. It will work well with our décor.

  Worst experience and furniture quality. On 1-30-26 we ordered 2 Recliners for just under $4,000.00. They were having a sale, that's why we made the 30 minute drive. Not sure what they call a sale. The chairs arrived in store 3-24-26 and we picked them up the next day. When we purchased them the sales report told me to make sure we picked up the cleaning kit when we picked up the chairs. When I asked about the kit I was told since I decided not to purchase the warranty I couldn't have the kit. He said he'd sell me one for $20. I guess $4,000.00 wasn't enough. On 3-38-26 my husband reclined In his chair and it wouldn't sit back up. 3 days and his was already broken. Besides not sitting up, there was material on the side that was not attached with the staple. I called our sales person and she forward me to service. They sent a very nice young man out, by the name of Mike. The only good thing about the experience. He got it to set up, worked on springs that were very loud and tried to re-attach the material. Called service again on 4-10-26 because the material fix didn't hold. Mike came back out on 4-15-26 and took pictures and told us Laz-i-boy would replace the entire back, but it would take about a month. On 6-25-26 I called Laz-i-boy Headquarters Home Office. The lady was very nice and concerned. She looked up our account and said the back had been shipped and arrived at the Boise store on 5-12-26. She called the store and the next day, I received a email setting up a tech for either 7-1 or 7-3-26. I picked 7-1-26. On 6-30-26, I emailed them again to see if they had received my response, if so what time should I expect a tech? Return email said, yes received. I emailed back and asked again what time. I received an automated call telling me the appointment was set for 7-1-26 between 10-12. They couldn't even pick up the phone and call me. In fact, no one ever called. Absolutely the worst customer service. I wouldn't recommend them for anything and I'm definitely not impressed with the quality of Laz-i-boy Recliners.

  Alysha was excellent in assisting me to find the perfect recliner chair in the perfect color and fabric. She was professional, friendly and really cared. She went out of her way to assist in getting the floor model delivered so that I did not have to wait a number of weeks for an order. I had gotten to Lazy Boy as I had their products before and have always been very pleased with the quality and durability.

  I placed an order for a sofa and chair over the phone and from out of state. Elissa helped by sending photos and descriptions by text. She helped me to find just what I was looking for. I will certainly shop at this Lazy Boy store again.
