  Idaho Spa gave us an outstanding experience from start to finish. Brent and Isaac were helpful and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and helped us find the perfect spa with all the features we were looking for — in the exact color combination we wanted, too. They were very accommodating with our future delivery scheduling since we’re tearing out our existing deck and removing our old hot tub ourselves. They do offer removal services at a very reasonable price, but never pressured us since we didn’t need it. Highly recommend Idaho Spa for anyone looking for a smooth, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable hot tub‑buying experience.

  5/5 Stars – Outstanding Service at the Western Idaho Fair! I had a fantastic experience working with Ricky and Isaac at the Western Idaho Fair. From start to finish, they were remarkably patient, taking the time to answer every single one of my questions without a shred of sales pressure. They were genuine, easy to talk to, and made the whole process completely stress-free. I also had the pleasure of meeting Hayden, who was just as welcoming. The entire team creates a great atmosphere, but Ricky and Isaac truly went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone—you will not be disappointed!

  I have always received excellent service at Idaho Spa. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. During my recent visit, Randy was exceptionally helpful and ensuring that I had the right products for my needs. They know my Spa and keep excellent records so I never have to worry that I’m getting the right product or part.

  I recently delivered spas to Idaho spa, and these guys are absolutely phenomenal people to work with. If I was going to buy a spa definitely would be my go to choice. Professional, knowledgeable and super kind folks here. Buy your spa here you won't regret it.
