  I walked in with a 5 dollar thrift find that i had on my bathroom wall for awile. I wanted to have a more finished look and I wanted it to pop. Kaiden helped me to pick out a perfect mat two colors keeping the whimsical and fun in mind he also helped with a frame i could walk out that day with it all put together. I was thrilled when he was finished it surpassed what I expected. Kaiden was knowledgeable, coutourious and efficient I would recommend this hobby lobby to everyone, the price was easy on the wallet.

  I've spent my life in customer service in one way or another, and so it always bothers me when you go to a store, especially a big box store, and not a single person that works there says a word, and some actually go out of their way to not make eye contact. There were multiple long-time customers that knew the store well and tried to help, but in the 20 minutes I was in the store looking for very specific things I had absolutely zero help offered, and not even a "welcome in," or " have a nice day." Not to mention the music was way too loud to make it comfortable to shop, and it appeared the lighting was laid out so poorly that there were multiple isles that were just simply dark. What I did manage to find on my own was not very good quility!! If you are looking for art supplies check out Quality Art down off Chinden, and if your looking for fabric you will love Quilt Crossing on Fairview. The store is amazing and ALL the people that work there live what they do, and I've only been there once, but could tell instantly. You the saying about first impressions, well it always surprises me how many large retail chains don't!!

  Well, today, I found out why Hobby lobby doesn’t have five stars… every time except for today haven’t had any issues. Today around 15:50 I go in to try to find what’s called hem adhesive, but I was not aware that that was the name and I didn’t know what the name was. I walked over to the right or west side of the building as you go in kind of towards probably crafts or spray paint saw a worker that looked like she was about 60. I asked if she was familiar with fabrics. She didn’t answer the question but pointed towards the east side of the store. I said oh ok and again ask, but are you familiar with fabrics and she asked what I was looking for. I showed her the bottom of my shorts and said that I was looking for a fabric that I can put in between this pointing at the broke hem on my shorts and said you iron it in. She again said fabrics is that way and pointed to the east side of the store and asked if I wanted her to take me… I turned around and walked away and said no. I went and found the stuff that I needed myself and when I went up to the front, she was going to register 5 as a cashier and even tried to ask me if I found it. I would’ve given a three star except this is the first time that I’ve had an issue inside Hobby lobby and I wouldn’t think that it’s necessarily a reflection of this person that either did not want to help or did not understand what I was saying. Either way I got annoyed and walked away from her.
