  Jerry was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Once I'm settled into my new apartment, I will be returning for anything else I need. Oh, and I am very excited about my new couch (Indie sectional)! Very cute, and perfect for my small space.

  Connor was polite and knowledgeable. But as he was entering my info for a sectional purchase, another customer came up about picking up stools. Connor stopped helping me and spent 5 minutes trying to get this lady’s stools. Customer service is huge with me since I work in the service industry. I was really really disappointed that Connor didn’t let this guest know he was already with a customer and would be with her in a second. One employee was in a massage chair almost the whole time I was there. She could have helped this guest with her stools. Maybe I’m just having a bad day, but it really rubbed me the wrong way. Unsure if I’ll go back for additional purchases.

  I had a great initial experience buying a sectional from Furniture Row in summer 2024, but everything after that has been extremely frustrating. In January 2025, I was told by the (now former) manager that replacement cushions would be ordered after our dog damaged a few. I was happy to pay, no issue there. What followed was over a year of little to no communication and no follow-through, all while we have continued making payments on the couch. After waiting that long, I finally escalated and got the regional manager, Chris, involved just to get updates. About two weeks ago, he told me they would "make it right." Now I am being told the fabric was discontinued back in June 2025 and there is nothing they can do. That is the frustrating part. If the order had been placed when promised, this would not be an issue. Instead, I waited over a year, kept paying for the couch, and still ended up with no solution. I understand discontinued materials happen, but the lack of follow-through, communication, and being told they would "make it right" with no actual resolution is very disappointing.
