  This place is horrible!!! Do not put your stuff in storage here.. They have billing issues all the time and the manager Sharron is a worthless shell of a person! They don’t answer the phone and when you can get ahold of them on email they’re condescending and rude! Do not use this place to store anything. If I could give no star I would.

  The manager changed the name on my storage unit. So when I tried to get into my unit the lock was changed....the code was changed and there was "No Record" of me ever being there. Except for all the receipts I had proving I paid for that unit. Absolutely disgusting. They are THIEVES

  I’ll tell you what, this is a honest, no BS review of my experience with this company. The manager was nice but firm about how things worked and what was expected. Got my wife and I into a good size unit that worked for us. We made our payments and never missed, all was well. Till move out time came to be. Now mind you the manager asked me at the time of moving in how I planned on getting my stuff to the unit, which was with my pickup one load at a time. She said oh yeah that should be fine, you’ll fit and if you need a trailer in there it shouldn’t be too much of an issue. Well on moving day I showed up with my pickup and a snowmobile trailer to load with our things. Driving in it was no problem, corners were a little tight but we got to the unit as close as we could and loaded. However after loading we discovered how truely narrow the driving areas are. I could not make any of the corners to drive back out the way I came in. I was stuck and had run out of daylight. Being the son of a farmer I looked for a solution and decided I could back out, since there was no way to turn around or make the corners. I’ll be damned, we had two guys watch the corners and sides so I didn’t scrape, and we backed that SOB out of the damn lot the whole way with maybe inches to spare on either side. The moral of the story is, if you plan on loading a trailer with your stuff from these units or getting a trailer into these units, you will not make it or it will be a hard fought battle. The layout of the lot does not allow easy or convient movement. My recommendation would be to find somewhere that isn’t so tight and flows better. Unless you like backing a trailer the entire way out
