I was trying to reach the grand teton in Rexburg and accidentally called this one in Idaho Falls and she rudely was accusing me of not paying and that they were going to sell my daughters stuff at an auction etc. I knew that I had been paying monthly and told her that we would never not pay. Once she realized that I was not the person she thought I was she never once said sorry for the way she had talked to me.
