Very disappointed with Lowe’s West Des Moines. I ordered a Ring camera, and instead of delivering it to my apartment’s secure mailroom, it was left outside where it was stolen.
When I contacted customer service, I was given the runaround, a ticket number, and told to dispute the charge with my bank instead of being offered a replacement or refund. Their response was that it was delivered to the correct address, but leaving an expensive package outside is not proper delivery.
This wasn’t my fault, yet Lowe’s refuses to take responsibility or make it right. Extremely frustrating experience.

Very disappointed with my experience scheduling a flooring measurement through Lowe’s.
I was given an appointment window of 1 PM to 5 PM. At 12:35 PM, before the appointment window had even started, I received a voicemail stating the technician was on the way and that if I did not respond within 10 to 15 minutes the appointment would need to be rescheduled.
I checked my phone and returned the call at approximately 12:55 PM, confirmed I was home and available, and never received a callback. I then received follow up communication implying I was “unavailable,” which simply was not true.
Customers arrange their schedules around these appointments. Giving someone a four hour window and then expecting an immediate response before the scheduled timeframe even begins is unreasonable and unprofessional.
This experience made me seriously reconsider doing business here for my flooring project.

Awful experience with getting a fridge delivered. The company the outsource deliveries to as well as the outsourced foreign customer service can all pound sand. I was left without a fridge for almost a week after I was supposed to have mine delivered. They would not waive the delivery fee after they missed multiple SLAs. I’ll never shop here again

Rude employee gave me attitude, aggressively slammed boxes onto the floor while I was picking out a wood stain, and then started yelling at another employee in the paint section as I went to check out. It honestly felt like no one at this Lowes cared about anything.
