  So happy with the job the crew did. We needed leaf guards, and the gutters were clogging. Two friendly crew members showed up bright and early, cleaned the gutters, and had the guards on before 1pm. Cleaned up the yard, too, from their leaf blowing. Thanks to Rick, Deb, and the rest of the crew that made it happen!

  When you are searching for a company with good family values, this is it! They picked up the phone every time I called and gave me straight answers and pricing. They shared lots of options and were very helpful in my selection process. Deb is great to work with.

  I would not recommend Allstate to anyone, lest you are trying to play the ultimate April Fools' Day prank on someone you hate. We had both soffit and gutters replaced on our house in May, and it was nothing but headache. Allstate was completely unprofessional in regards to cleanliness, and this alone would be a dealbreaker for me in the future. The pile of tear-off debris was sitting in our front yard for 3 working days before it was picked up. NO tarps were used anywhere. I am still picking up pieces as I find them mowing, etc. No effort was made to keep little trimmings of aluminum or nails out of the lawn that my daughter runs around in barefoot. There were 2 guys working on soffit until about 6:30-7 PM on the first 2 days. They were dropped off and had no vehicle of their own. I've got no issue with crews doing what they have to do in order to finish a project timely, but I would expect it to be communicated up front. I was able to be home while work was going on the house. I had to call Rick (owner) at least 3 times to tell him that "his guys" weren't doing things as he and I had discussed and/or soffit was going up damaged/dented. This is something I should NOT HAVE HAD TO DO. Rick should have been here making sure that they were doing things correctly. Rick made it clear multiple times that he was unable to communicate with the workers clearly and that he was willing to throw them under the bus when things weren't being done right - very unprofessional and a very bad look, in my opinion. The latest success story came on June 5, when Rick sent the gutter crew back out to put a splash guard in the valley of our roof (pictures posted). Check out that beautiful piece of work! Looks like the metal was bent between 2 half-frozen hotdogs and an overshoe with a broken buckle. Looked like SHIT and was done incorrectly. This flashing goes on the outer gutter edge, not on the shingles! I sent the picture to Rick and got more of the lipservice about what the laborers were doing wrong. I also got some passive aggressive commentary from Rick on at least 2 occassions about my expectations for the work. I expect that if I'm paying money to have work done on my house, the work is done correctly. I expect that if someone is running a business, they are able to fully stand behind the work their business is doing. I expect that if any issues arise on the work that was done on my home, Rick gets them taken care of without hesitation.

  I had a good experience with Allstate Gutter and Siding. Paul was very professional and easy to communicate with. He took the time to understand my specific needs and provided excellent solutions. The extra downspout and gutter adjustments have improved my home's drainage system. I would definitely recommend Allstate.

  Allstate did a wonderful job on my gutters. Quick and painless. The clean up was spectacular. Would highly recommend.
