  Great customer service. Let me browse on my own but right there when I had a question. Showed me all options in brands. Very helpful!! Bought 2 powered chairs in gray leather. Can't wait to get them in my home!!

  I purchased a Lazyboy last Sunday. I went in for a Stryker I saw on line but had read reviews about many people having problems with the recliner mechanism and difficulty getting help with the problem. Sure enough the rep showed me the Stryker and it would not raise the foot rest. That was a bad sign to me. So rep took me to this great deal on floor model LazyBoy. I loved it, said yes, and took it home that evening. However at home in the small tv/den it looked like a throne compared to my other LB. Its seat is 2 inches higher than the other. Called to see what their return policy is. Basically there is no return policy unless you return SAME day as purchased, for floor model no return policy at all. Fair would be a 30 day return policy. And the rep should explain these rules and show you them prior to making a purchase. I should have investigated it before I left but guess Amazon has spoiled me plus every other store in town with fair policy. I would suggest Furniture Row reconsider their very unfriendly return policy.
