  Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what our needs were and showed us just the products we were interested in. He didn't pressure us with a "big sales pitch". We ended up buying a king bed and also a queen. Chris took so much time with us and did not hurry us. We would highly recommend Chris and Denver Mattress!

  We purchased box springs from Denver mattree. Teaghan Shacklelford was our sales associate. We let Trghan know what we were looking for. He was extremely helpful with our request. We discussed several options and the he suggested the box springs we purchased. The price was extremely reasonable and we said yes. We discussed the pickup detail. Teaghan was helpful again, told us we could pick it up when it was convenient for us. He indormed us whetr the loading area was and said we could come back when it was convient for us. He had our sales receipt ready to print and our transaction was done. It took us about 10 minutes at the most. Traghan was very efficient at getting our information. Satisfied customers. Sandy Marsau

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Denver Mattress in Waterloo, and a huge part of that was because of Teaghan! ⭐️ We had already visited two other mattress stores before coming here, and honestly, the experience was frustrating. We were followed from bed to bed and watched while we tried things out, which made it really difficult to actually relax and figure out what we liked. Teaghan was completely different. He gave us the space we needed to try out different mattresses without hovering, which was a major plus for us. Once we were ready to talk, he asked thoughtful questions about our sleep habits, what we struggle with, and what we were looking for. After learning that my husband has had surgery in the past and deals with hip issues, Teaghan even did a diagnostic test to help determine what would best support him. He took the time to teach us, explain the differences between the mattresses, and compare the options without making us feel pressured. We actually left that day without purchasing anything because we weren't sure we wanted to spend that much money. But after a couple of days of thinking about everything Teaghan had shown us, I went back for the full sleep system we had discussed. Truthfully, Teaghan's knowledge and the way he educated us were the reason we decided to make the investment in our sleep. We never felt pressured—we felt informed and confident in our decision. If you're shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Teaghan at Denver Mattress in Waterloo. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference! 🛏️💤⭐️

It's been many years since I've shopped for one, and he helped me pick the right one for my needs and budget.
