But the apologie left in my voice mail isn't enough to want me to call back, the moment is gone I don't want it done anymore. I can still view my camera's, but the hard disk is bad and I can't use my mouse. So its no longer a security system its just a way to watch my two little grandkids play. So I also deleted my original review, to this. They never contacted me back with an estimate going on 3 weeks now.
