We live in Whiting Iowa I contacted Lowes through their website for a central air replacement 2 days later we had not heard from the A-Team so I called no response. On your website it takes two days. We are both in our 70's and would like and deserve a timely response. So we have contacted another local company instead. They will be here tomorrow.We expect a timely call back it only takes minutes, we will be going back to Menards for our purchases from now on. After 10 days we give up on any hope of Lowes contractors ever showing up or even calling.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Lowe’s. I purchased a kitchen and was given a specific delivery date. Then I received a call saying it would be delivered the next day, but later the delivery was pushed back by two more weeks. I had already paid for delivery, and when I called to ask for a solution, I was simply told there was nothing they could do. The lack of communication and commitment to customer service was extremely frustrating.
On top of that, I was told my order was very large and that it required a very large truck for delivery. Because of that, I ended up renting a large trailer to pick it up myself. When I arrived at the store, it turned out the entire kitchen fit perfectly in my pickup truck, and more than half of the trailer was empty.
I also received conflicting information from the employees. Some staff members told us my order was already at the store, while the manager insisted it had not arrived yet. No one seemed to know where my order actually was.
I was also told that if I picked up the order myself, I would be refunded the delivery fee. However, when I got to the store, they changed their story and told me they couldn’t issue the refund there and that it would instead be mailed to me.
To make matters worse, the managers had a very unprofessional attitude and showed no interest in helping or resolving the situation. I would not recommend this delivery service.

I enjoy your store, but I have to agree with my wife's review from over a month ago. Meamwhile you still havent fixed the restroom, which you did reply about. In fact its progressivly getting worse and more disgusting. Now there is a stall with a sign looking like a child wrote out of order and packaging taped it on the door. The sinks look like someone vomitted in and no one has cleaned it long enough its caked on. If this was a grocery store or something, sure. Alas, you're a store that literally sells the parts mere feet away to fix or clean your problems. You sell ballasts, bulbs, you sell sloan valve parts or whatever toilet part is needed for the first stall(the one with working light above it) and a whole isle dedicated for an assortment of cleaners.
