- BMBelinda MadisonAug 12, 20192.0We got a beautiful set but when they delivered it they seriously damaged the arms and side 2 big rips it looks horrible and they didn't seem bothered by it, we didn't get offered any kind of discount for the damage or anything very upsetting ! Very freindly staff and all and we got it in good timing but over $2000 and its badly damaged! not to thrilled..
- JKJo KashJul 10, 20181.0I bought furniture from there....$2000 down the drain. The leather is cheap. The handle on the recliner has broken not once....but twice. They fixed it the first time but have yet to return my call. The leather is literally peeling off. Its absolutely horrible. The furniture is literally 2 years old and is falling apart! I would never buy from them again! Horrible service.
- MEMichael EwoldtNov 17, 20155.0Our first item from Aarons was a refrigerator and it has been great. No issues with it and they delivered it the same day our old refrigerator went out. Then our dryer went out a month ago and they delivered a washer/dryer set within a couple of days. We had a small issue with the dryer and they replaced it right away. They delivered it in great shape and the installation was quick and easy. They have been great for us and we would give them a great reference.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
