I called Arona and a competitor. Arona answered the phone directly and I ordered a recliner for my spouse who had surgery and we needed it in 2 days. They delivered a lovely, brand new leather recliner before we got home from the hospital. They made a stressful situation seamless and stress free. Thank you for your incredible response. It is hard to find and so appreciated.

Nikki has always done her best to work with me when its needed most, and all I have had to do is send a picture of something I was looking for and I am currently awaiting it! I definitely agree with the other reviewers on if you have an issue with Nikki it is most likely lack of communication- not even necessarily lack of payment. I have always been able to be honest with her about my situation and she makes what I am able to do work! I had rented from the physical location before - when it was Aaron's and was hesitant with the new name etc but when I realized Nikki was still there I felt much better and went through with getting what I needed!

Arona has been absolutely wonderful. The customer service was a great. I went there to get a bed and couch. And then went back to get coffee table and end tables for my living room. I didn't even have to tell them my name as they remembered who I was by name. I have had a wonderful experience with them and will use them in the future. I highly recommend them.
