  Nikki has always done her best to work with me when its needed most, and all I have had to do is send a picture of something I was looking for and I am currently awaiting it! I definitely agree with the other reviewers on if you have an issue with Nikki it is most likely lack of communication- not even necessarily lack of payment. I have always been able to be honest with her about my situation and she makes what I am able to do work! I had rented from the physical location before - when it was Aaron's and was hesitant with the new name etc but when I realized Nikki was still there I felt much better and went through with getting what I needed!

  We finally figured everything out but the plug in for 1 couch is missing still we are still in process of figuring out what we are doing with the couches

  Arona has been absolutely wonderful. The customer service was a great. I went there to get a bed and couch. And then went back to get coffee table and end tables for my living room. I didn't even have to tell them my name as they remembered who I was by name. I have had a wonderful experience with them and will use them in the future. I highly recommend them.

  They hooked me up when I needed the help and could not afford all the expenses at once an had the need. They where kind and very understanding multiple times and worked with me when I had no ability to hold.up my end
