- ACAnna CrenshawMay 2, 20181.0I called for an estimate and was assured that they would leave the estimate in the mailbox after it was completed. I waited five days afterwards and then called to see where the estimate was, or maybe that I had the wrong date on the calendar. When I called, the man told me that he had come by, but he didn't leave an estimate or give me any notice because "some jobs are just too small" for his big trucks and equipment. Well, the website says tree trimming, and that's what I requested. He hung up afterwards without even saying goodbye. Extremely unprofessional.

When backing out of my driveway I mentioned towards the 'No Parking' sign they were parked beside. I didn't do so with malice or rudely. Two workers then immediately starting yelling and screaming at me and asking if I had a problem. When I told them they were parked illegally, they became belligerent, cursing at me, telling me to 'f*** off', etc. This kind of unprofessional behavior is bad, but it's compounded by the fact that they were to blame from the start because of their blatant disregard for safety (and the law) AND the fact that they chose to act this way in front of my children. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews but felt compelled to write one. I was home all day as they worked on a neighbor's trees and I sincerely hoped they would act like men and apologize for their behavior. They did not, so here I am. If they contact me to apologize I'll take this down. We all make mistakes, after all. Until such a time, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your tree service needs.
