Bought washer dryer set about almost 2 years ago. Had it installed they scratched the washer and dryer. They cracked my flooring under the washer i reported it never heard anything back. It was a samsung set. Now because they never truly leveled it the bearing is going out. Even though I paid for them to set it up called about the issues they will not help. I got we could send someone out and look at it but not much will come from it. Don't buy ive been warned by many many people that they do NOT help anyone.

I was very motivated to buy a new front door system and Lowe’s came to our home to meet and measure which was very professional. Once I signed the contract they ghosted me which was disappointing. I hate that I must start over. I'm adding that I did call that number and it did nothing. They just transferred me to the general Dubuque store (not even doors) which was frustrating. To put it in perspective, I was willing to pay $4K for a door and now I'm going to a local hardware store. I hope fellow consumers get better service.

Terrible experience. Ordered and paid for a new dishwasher online. Website stated in stock, 3 left, ready for pick up in 3hours. Drove over 30 minutes 5 hours later to give them extra time. Was told at front counter my dishwasher was not delivered yet to that store. Puzzled. I thought I was buying off the rack. Nope. Found out they gave mine away to another customer when warehouse lost another unit somewhere. Mine will be ready in 3 or 4 weeks. Excuse me? And the attitude of staff was like, deal with it. So I did by cancelling order and driving next door to the other box store, new dishwasher purchased off shelf and in my trailer in less than 30 minutes later. I will cease to shop at Lowe's. Reminded me of a Seinfeld episode about keeping reservations.
