- SHSteve HAug 20, 20265.0Shawn was great! He was polite and knew what he was doing. He found what was making the noise in my dryer. He stuck around to see what the burning smell was. He replaced the dryer cord and it is still hot. The outlet needs replaced. Hopefully that will take care of that. Thanks again Shawn!

The technicians always know what they are doing, and are speedy and thorough. They explain everything well, and made sure I understood the repair before and after completion.
