They on the higher end for service of your zero-turn, however they looked at it fast to order and expensive $350ish part, not sure yet oem or afyermarket but i got 470 hrs om my hustler 60 in and rhey keeping me going. If their turn around is a week or less, might be worth the extra expense. Looks like plenty of passion for the outdoor they had bush trimmers on sales floor too! Lolz have a great day get what you need and get out.

She was nice by the service desk, sales I ignored me, I looked like an idiot anyways. Decent sales floor, seems to be similar equipment the big teams use to over compact your lawn running it 3x faster than it should but, my worries have been address in less than 24 hours they ordered our parts and had an estimate 100 dollars lower than I thought it would be. Not bad all. Our friends seem to work on everything except maybe your sawsall

Great prices on many things, and Terry is a very great salesman! I wish this store was a lot closer but it just gives us another reason to come visit friends in the area.

When servicing my equipment, do you offer pick-up and drop-off for my machine?
Yes, we charge $80 for the delivery of equipment within a 20-mile radius of our locations. Extra fees apply for anything beyond 20 miles.
Is there a diagnostic charge just to look at my machine?
Yes, there is a diagnostic fee for all equipment:
- For small to medium landscape equipment, a charge worth .5 hrs of labor is applied.
- For large tractors, RTVs, utility loaders, and truck & trailer equipment, a charge worth 1.0 hrs of labor is applied.
How long will it take for my machine to be diagnosed & repaired?
Wait times can vary depending on the time of year and parts availability. Please call ahead to inquire about our lead times.
Do I need an appointment for my equipment to be serviced?
For equipment, we use a "1st come, 1st service" system; there are no appointments.
For trailers, spreaders, and plows, call ahead to make an appointment or submit a Service Request Form.
If you don't have the part that I need, can you order it?
We can special order almost anything. Let's work together to find the part that you need!
What kinds of parts do you carry?
