  My girlfriend and I went in looking for a couch for our new house we just bought. Louis assisted us and recommended a couch we immediately fell in love with after we had given some of our preferences. He was very professional considering he was a newer salesman. His manager Adam also had wonderful customer service and helped him every step of the way when he needed it and you could tell they're passionate about what they do .

  Everything ok except smashed glass in one door. Too much of a hassle bringing it back. We will replace it ourselves.

  Andrew was super helpful and even though he was low staffed and doing a lot for several people, he took his time to help me make my purchase. I will return to furniture row because of the superior customer service Andrew gave.

  TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I just came into the store with my husband and sat in the swinging cream chair right in the front and the chair collapsed and I hit the floor and it fell right on my arm!!.. the guy came over i asked if they had cameras which he said they didn't and I said my arm hurts. I asked him if I can get a discount if we were to purchase furniture from them and he said they don't do that! I think that is so unfair that they won't give me a decent discount since their furniture fell on me and hurt me!! One of the ladies in the front was whispering to another woman in her ear right in front of me about what happened! How rude and unprofessional!! They never apologized or nothing! Terrible place and people!!!

  Was a comfortable and easy going experience. Liam was great and knowledgeable on their selection and the timetable for delivery which was a great benefit as we can then plan and be ready for when the order comes in. Top-notch service.
