  Pleasant experience. We were greeted fairly soon after coming in then left alone to browse the store. Once we had questions and were ready to pick out furniture, the salesman was very helpful. It was a no pressure experience.

  I located a discontinued item at this location. There were literally only three in the entire US. I explained to Andrew that I needed this item and what I had experienced with the San Angelo, TX location. He assured me that although outside the norm it would not be a problem to help facilitate the shipping via a freight carrier. He sent me a link to pay for the item, provided the dimensions, weight, and even his cell number should something go wrong. I was given a point of contact on his off day and they even followed up once it was delivered. That is superb customer service! Go see Andrew or Jean Luc!!!
