Quick, easy process. No pressure, no hassle. Only problem was we were given the wrong size for box spring. Associate called shortly after leaving and we came back and got that switched. Everyone we dealt with was extremely polite.

Outstanding Customer Service at Denver Mattress – Ask for Bryant! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new mattress at Denver Mattress, thanks to Bryant! I initially visited Ashley Furniture, where the mattress I was considering was about $200 cheaper. However, the customer service experience left me feeling less than comfortable, so I decided to explore other options. At Denver Mattress, Bryant greeted me warmly, listened to what I was looking for, showed me comparable mattresses at different price points, and patiently answered all my questions without making me feel pressured. He even took the time to explain adjustable bed bases and encouraged me to try the mattresses for myself. I returned the next day, and Bryant’s friendly, genuine personality and outstanding customer service made my decision easy. I upgraded to an Elite Medium Queen mattress, purchased a Gold Adjustable Base, and added several bed accessories. Although I spent more than I originally planned, I felt comfortable and confident in my investment because of the care and attention Bryant provided. Sometimes, great customer service is worth more than the lowest price! Thank you, Bryant, for making this such a positive experience. You’ve earned my trust and my future business. Here’s to many nights of better sleep! I’ll definitely be asking for Bryant when it’s time for my next mattress!
