We went back to the store and worked with Bryan, the manager. After showing a picture to corporate of the issues, Bryan was able to get us a different couch. Still waiting for that one to arrive as they were both custom made but couldn't be happier with the customer service from Bryan!!!
- CDcharlie draheimApr 23, 20261.0Stay clear of this store. We custom ordered a love seat and recliner. We were assured that La-Z-Boy would deliver and set up when it arrived. When we received word that the furniture was in no one called to set up delivery. We called repeatedly (multiple unreturned calls) and were never given a straight answer as to delivery date. Finally the salesperson came clean and said we were outside of their delivery zone. When asked what he was going to do about it he suggested we rent a U-Haul and come pick it up. Since free delivery was part of the purchase agreement, and we are both in our 70s, my wife having just had knee replacement surgery, we said no thanks and canceled the order. Can you imagine suggesting a customer rent a U-Haul to haul their own furniture? Also, be aware of attempts to upsell. Probably standard for the industry but annoying as hell.
