  Staff was always friendly based on the couple of times we visited the store looking for ideas and seeing furniture for ourselves. Worked with Isiah from long distance over email and he was able to take pictures to send us showing details we missed on the visit and answer additional questions. The store also price matched a lower current price on the internet from a reputable online business which also saved us money. Very happy with the service and placed an order and now waiting for furniture to arrive in 6-8 weeks and we'll see how that portion of the process goes.

  I purchased two chair head covers. I was told that someone would follow up with me on my purchase. I had to call multiple times and people would tell me that my order was in or it hadn’t been shipped yet. It finally arrived at the store the second week in August with no communication. Disappointing.

  We’ve worked with Ray for a couple purchases now. He’s great and I highly recommend him. When we first came in he approached us with zero pressure and just let us know he’s there if we have any questions. Most places feel like the vultures are swarming, but that’s not been our experience here. Ray knows his stuff, teaches you about the different products and options, and gets you exactly what you want without any sales tactics or fluff. We’ve gone about everywhere, and this is the highest quality we’ve found in our area by far.

  All was going well till we were reviewing the bill and there was a $99.99 charge for “delivery ( single piece)”. This amount represented 19.3% of the cost of the item. I told the salesman that I didn’t want delivery, that we would pick it up and take it home. He told me that since the store didn’t have it’s own storage space the item had to come from a centralized warehouse and that that was what the delivery fee covered. It seemed strange to me since about 2 months earlier we had also purchased a rocker/recliner from the same store and we didn’t pay a delivery fee then. He told me that it was standard practice. What gives? Why do I have to pay a fee to get the item from a warehouse to the store? I believe that if this is standard practice it should be prominently posted in the store so that customers know!
