After being transferred around multiple times, I finally got somebody that scheduled an appointment for me for service. Had a scheduled time between 11 AM and 1 PM and gave them my credit card for payment. At 11:10 AM I got a text message from a technician that said they were coming out to spray for wasps. I did not mention the word wasp in any of my conversations with anybody, and then they said they do not do one time service for what I was looking to do even though I spoke to three different people I scheduled an appointment. I gave them a credit card for payment and stayed at home from work to be available. They now say they can’t do the service. Then when I called in to talk to their service, I got somebody in the Philippines or another country that spoke broken English. I asked for somebody local to talk to, and they said that they can’t do that. If this is the type of company you want to do business with then by all means, but I will never do business with this company.

I would leave less stars if I could. Their product is ineffective. They have the most OBNOXIOUS door salesmen. If you see them come up tell them you are ABSOLUTELY NOT interested. Also they pitch it as you can cancel anytime and they are so understanding, but will charge you $200 to cancel. They are a scam! Run! Do not fall for it.

I had no problems with Aptive while I wanted their service. But it’s been extremely difficult to cancel it. They tell me I can use their service as needed but a new appointment is automatically rescheduled a few days later. They then tell me my account has successfully been discontinued but I get a notification about a scheduled appointment a few days later. Any captive model of membership gets a 1 star from me.

The sales tech was actually very helpful, his name is Braden. He did what he could to lower the price and answered all of my questions very respectfully and honestly. The came the next day. Worked around my very busy schedule. Now I just wait and see how much it helps with the bugs. I do love that it is natural products rather than chemicals as I have pets and a child. So 🤞🤞

Our ants were becoming a problem inside and outside in our siding, as well as the Japanese beetles on our raspberries, and drain flies inside. They were knowledgeable about our situation and offered solutions that were pet, kid, and edible plant friendly. They just do their thing while we do ours. Hoping to get our bug problems under control. The Japanese beetles are already almost gone after they sprinkled "magic powder (organic)" on them. Also looking forward to less worries about mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas, but time will tell. The guy who sprayed our property was a nice down-to-earth person who I had a real conversation with and not some random kid who throws his headphones on and ignores you. I'll throw a five star up as soon as I see more results, since they only did first treatment this week. Nice thing was, if there's anywhere inside or outside you don't want them to touch, or you want them to focus more on, they just ask you to let them know.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
