    As a new customer, I had a great experience with this pest control company. Manny provided excellent customer service -- he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend their service, especially if you get the chance to work with Manny!

    When I called to get a quote was told $399 for 1st and $49 a month. Then he said I could get for $49 & $49 a month. Told him he could come out but I wanted to get other quotes & he said if I wanted to rescind your service I could. Called 2 other companies…much cheaper. Told the tech when he got here I could get cheaper so rescinded. He offered a friends & family offer, but had to make several calls because he couldn’t change on his own. The rep (who was very hard to understand) kept putting me on hold to talk to a supervisor. Was not very helpful at all. The tech that was here was very helpful & finally got everything taken care of, especially when he knew I was very frustrated. You are lucky to have him especially after I knew I could get the service cheaper. I actually felt bad for him and the hoops he had to jump thtough. I needed the service, so agreed to try you for a year.

    When I first started my service nearly three years ago, I was quite pleased. Gradually my service went downhill. When I reached the end of my initial contract, I called to cancel. It was frustrating not knowing who was going to show up to do the service and the service they would provide. Some did a very thorough job and made sure to treat all areas of concern well. Others would do a very poor job and were here five minutes and didn’t change out sticky traps or anything. When I called to cancel, it was an overseas person difficult to understand. They talked me into continuing service for a while longer. Last month I was just done! I again called to cancel service and again spoke with someone overseas. I was transferred to a supervisor who kept trying to prevent my cancellation. After several minutes, he finally stated he processed my cancellation. Today I was looking at my card account and noticed there was a charge for $8.40 as of my cancellation date. No idea what it’s for as I was not told I would be charged for anything further. I would not recommend this company. The level of service isn’t great and they make it difficult to cancel your service.

    I like the service but there is not enough time from the notification text to when the tech shows up. This last visit I received the text that the tech would be arriving in 20 minutes at 11:30 am. At 11:34 I received the text with the pictures showing they were done. I work 15 minutes from home. An important part of the service is to spray inside the basement and change out the cardboard box traps they have placed in the basement. I wasn't given enough time to get home to let them in.
