  Xtermco has been protecting our home since 2001 from termites, and once had them remove a large bird's nest from the attic. Started using them at our business to mitigate a rat infestation. Very thorough inspection, set the traps and baits, identified the opening and sealed it--no more rats! Reliable, reasonable and effective. Satisfied customer several times over through the years.   I have used Xtermco for well over 10 years. Home inspection for termites, treatment, and quarterly exterior service for ants. Currently have the Sentricon system which they monitor quarterly Technicians and office staff are friendly and efficient. I also used them for tenting my parents home. Always satisfied with their service.

  Efficient, extremely quick turnaround and courteous staff! From initial telephone request to house inspection for the estimate, to tenting and un-tenting, communication was perfect. Also, I appreciated that extra care was given towards bagging food that they felt should have been bagged, and making sure all doors and drawers were open that I missed. They also had the house securely locked during the fumigation process. I did notice a hole in the tent, but was assured that it would not affect the efficacy of the result. XTERMCO does have a warranty on their service, and will inspect and mitigate any live termite activity if found post fumigation. I have used their tenting and ground termite services in the past, and have never been disappointed. I recommend using them without reservation.

  I’m the third generation to live on my property in Kaimuki. I’ve personally been a loyal customer since 2013. They provide all services for pests in and around your property: termite renting, Sentricon outdoor termite monitoring and even spot treatment for any and all bugs around your place.
