  Xtermco has been monitoring our home for many years now. Monthly inspections keep us updated on the condition of our property. It's comforting to know that someone is always watching and the potential to address any pests that may affect us in the future. The inspectors are quiet and efficient and keep our bait traps in top condition. And as others have noted, leave us a condition report noting any findings or discrepancies.

  Xtermco’s sentricon inspectors always identify themselves, greets us warmly and informs us when they are leaving. They check and replace the traps as needed. They are a reliable company.

  We are ongoing Extermco customers & are very satisfied with their service. They come out to our home regularly to check for termites in our traps...& the guys are always respectful & thorough. We feel secure that our home is safe from termites - just one less thing we have to worry about. Mahalo Extermco!!!

  Xtermco has been our termite extermination and termite inspection company for our 2 homes for many years. We would never consider going elsewhere as their services and performances have been second to none. Whenever we met with their representative for tenting, and their Sentricon inspection person, they were always so responsive, respectful and courteous. For us, they have met all of our expectations.   Xtermco has provided reliable sentricon monitoring service at my house for over 25 years. They are always on time and they always leave me an inspection report which details what they found and what they did. For example they tell me if any bait station had a hit, was damaged, needed a new bait, etc. Fortunately I haven't had any hits to date but it's comforting to know Xtermco is always monitoring. Many years ago, Xtermco treated some of my dresser drawers (had termite droppings) in a fumigation container at their site. It worked great. No droppings found after that. Earlier this year they fumigated my dining cabinet in place. We tried spot treating several times but each time the droppings started again several months later. So far so good. I really like this local kine company and will continue to use them for my pest control needs.
