- ECEd ChangAug 24, 20265.0We have been with Xtermco Inc since 2008 starting with tent fumigation for two houses and adding on the Sentricon System and ant and roach exterior perimeter treatment. I like working with Sales Consultant Derek for the fumigation and Carl for the exterior treatment. As an engineer, the successes of the treatments are very visible to me. I prefer Xtermco over the nationwide and economy competitors even with all the competitor ads.

They are fair in their pricing, very reliable, and though I don't normally need to speak with any of their workers servicing my property, they are always friendly if I do interact with them.

When we did a big renovation on our two-story home, our contractor found extensive termite damage on a supporting beam between the two floors. That's when we had Xtermco install our Sentricon system. Since then, we have had a few incidents where the bait has been taken, and in each situation, the termites have been successfully eliminated. They have also tented our house on a regular basis, and though the preparation is time-consuming, we have been very happy with the results. Their staff who inspect our home regularly are also friendly.
