- KKKekoaApr 24, 20261.0Extremely poor experience at Lowe’s Waikele. I went to pick up an order and ended up waiting while multiple employees stood around talking instead of helping customers. When I finally got assistance from Jordan Battle, the interaction was completely unprofessional. She was dismissive, had a noticeable attitude, and made no real effort to help. I was sent to the front of the store, then back again, and the situation was never handled properly. At one point, instead of assisting me, she asked me to describe another employee, which made the whole process even more confusing and disorganized. Her tone made it feel like I was the problem, even though I was simply trying to pick up my order. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Management should seriously address how customers are being treated at this location.

My return involved an Instacart transaction and she needed an override from her manager Eric. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable as well. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
