  Great customer service! Had technical issues with on line reservation & processing. However, the Front Desk Agent was not only able to help me secure my storage rental but did so in a manner that made it so easy! He was able to lock in the on line sale price while I finished the forms & situated payment, ensuring the best deal for my accommodations. Easygoing conversation & laughing at jokes- I walked out of the office that day with a smile on my face & will definitely recommend to anyone on Kaua'i needing storage, to come on over to Extra Space Storage in Puhi & ask for Kylie!! Customer service with aloha, guaranteed!!🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

  Immaculate Property with lots of drive up lockers, which are the ones to get! Friendly staff. Altogether a very positive experience, thank you.

  I go to Extra Storage late, about ten minutes until close. Barbara & Kylie met me with warmth and true hospitality. I apologized for being late, and offered to come back the next day. Barbara told me that she would be happy to show me around then and there. She was extremely friendly and we drove to the other side of the property to see one of three sized units I had inquired about. When I asked questions about its size compared to the other two, she offered to show them all to me. I told her again that I could come back - I felt bad because it was now about 6:00, closing time. Barbara then took me back to the building we started in and showed me two more units - one upstairs and one downstairs. She explained the elevators, entry protocol, and pricing as we walked. When we got back to the office I again apologized to Kylie for keeping them, but he said it was no problem with a genuine smile. I offered to come back to lease a unit but Barbara & Kylie both told me we could still do it right then. I leased a unit in the spot - the middle sized unit - and paid for two months with their insurance plan on the spot. It was a wonderful overall experience, and Extra Storage is lucky to have employees like Barbara & Kylie on their team. A+ experience that I would recommend to anyone. -Bret

  I think this is the more expensive storage unit in the island, they have rats, cockroaches and they will charge u a fee of 30+ $ if ur card doesn’t go through for any reason so… any other around is better believe me

  Office staff have been very nice and very helpful both in person and on phone! Unit is clean. Easy to get through the gate- the app. is really convenient when the face log in working. Did experience the lift sticking but as I said before the staff was very helpful. I did not give five stars because of the high rate increase after you have everything all moved in the rate increase is ridiculous! They get you to move all your stuff in- the first couple of months the rate is reasonable but it practically doubles after your first 3 months!! Quite the bait and switch!!! Who wants to move all that stuff again! Let alone have the time so they totally have you in a pickle!!
