However, when I went to put my things in storage this morning, they were supposed to provide a lock inside, but It was missing. There was no one working in the office until 9:30am, so I had to find a hardware store and buy a lock before my flight took off. I am awaiting a refund for the lock that was not provided.
- JBJoseph BularonApr 23, 20265.0Rented a unit at the Kīhei location on Maui, oddly enough there wasn’t an operating lock in there but instead a broken one. I sent them a email to let them know what was going on, not seeking any form of compensation. Frank called the following day and expressed his apologies and kept insisting he would do something for me. Great customer service from the Manager Frank. I’ve never been disappointed with ExtraSpace and this is one of the reasons why. Mahalo Frank!
