⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-Notch Customer Service!
The staff at Extra Space Storage is absolutely top-notch when it comes to customer service. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible.
I recently had to move out of one storage unit and into another, and their attention to detail and willingness to help throughout the entire process was amazing. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went smoothly.
One thing that really impressed me is their communication. If you call and they aren't able to answer, they actually call you back! That may sound simple, but great customer service like that is becoming harder and harder to find.
The facility is well managed, and the staff makes you feel like you're more than just another customer. They take the time to answer questions, find solutions, and make sure your storage needs are taken care of.
Excellent service, excellent communication, and an amazing staff. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility that truly puts its customers first. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Frank is the man! After 6 months I received notice that my rental rate was about to increase 80%!!! I called Frank and he said he’d go to bat for me by contacting the home office about it. Just a while later he called me back to let me know my rate was rising but only rising about 30%. Still a big jump in just 6 months, but that’s not Frank’s fault.
