  I am new and was stuck getting out. Celeste came to the rescue right away amd helped me. She’s so helpful and pleasant the few times I’ve been to the office. Mahalo.

  Just rented a unit today. Had a really wonderful experience. Very nice person (Trina) helped me she was great! I rented from them because I had been in a group, a couple years ago, that uses them for storage and they were very nice to work with, so decided to choose them for my own personal storage needs.

  I absolutely love the girls Victoria and Trina that worked at the front office. The grounds are always spotless and the inside of empty units are perfectly clean. I appreciate everything that the storage has to offer . What I don’t care for is one of the corporate change in policy of a 5 day grace instead of the former 15 days. Also the fact that I’m getting letters with a late charge mailed 1 day after rent is due. It’s very confusing knowing the rents been paid yet I’m getting letters stating I owe. Also I have received a letter dated 2/9 stating I’m late and my balance is totally incorrect (payment had been made) and telling me I have until 2/12 to make payment but the letter was not postmarked until 2/19??? None of this was a issue when we first started renting in June of 2025. Whatever change in policy was made by corporate was in my opinion not a good one. I would still recommend Storage Star
