  The service we were provided with was stellar. Installation was smooth without any difficulty and service representatives were clean professional and offered us the most value in selecting our security plan. Some things that separate Lifeline from other security providers is the obvious tamper resistant wireless hookups and live monitoring but the deal setter for us was the local support rather than the competitions support system in other countries or states, who called when an alarm was set off on accident and when error codes had alerted them. Maintenance and service is very punctual and when needed for reinstallation is necessary and the contracts provided are military friendly. Highly recommended over other service providers for the piece of mind in having a efficient, accurate, and securely monitored service that offers way more protection than alert notification. Some companies offer system in bundles and with prices that are lower but I feel the extra pennies are worth the piece of mind.

  Our family have been a customer with Lifeline Hawaii since 2003. Their staff and technicians provide great customer service and very knowledgeable when it comes to protecting the home and business, which they do both for us. The ability to access and view the system through our phone and computer gave us the freedom and peace of mind that our home will be protected no matter where we are at. Thank you Lifeline Hawaii for the many years of outstanding service and looking forward to many more years to come!!!

  My home is a Lifeline Smart Home. Not only do I feel safe with my Lifeline alarm system, but my HD CCTV cameras allow me to keep an eye on my furry family members when I am not home, my video doorbell lets me see who is at my door without having to get up from my couch or even be home for that matter. I have the convenience of adjusting lights, locks and thermostats all from an app on my smart phone. Local friendly staff serving Hawaii residents since 2002!
