  If i could give this store zero stars I would. Im actually considering calling the police for theft from this store and their gross incompetence. Spent $2113 on cabinets. Waited over 5 weeks for said cabinets. When the pallet arrived only half the order was even on the pallet. The cabinets that did come on the pallet were all damaged in one way or another. Terrible quality cabinets. Once I finally was able after several hours on the phone with customer service I arranged for the cabinets to be picked up. They came picked up the cabinets and never refunded me the money. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with customer service and they still cannot figure out how to give me a refund. They have the audacity to offer me a $50 gift card after holding my money having me spent several hours on the phone trying to explain something to a national business these people are fools. Still trying to get my money back!

  FIRST AND LAST TIME TO ORDER WITH LOWES Kona. After repeated calls and failed deliveries I had to cancel my online order. No one from the store will give an accurate answer. We have to drive two hours to the delivery address and they keep saying our order will be delivered on this day but never gets loaded on the truck. The only reason we ordered from Lowe’s online was because the stock was showing available. ITS NOT TRUE. Apparently stock was special order and had to come from “somewhere else”. So the week it was supposed to be delivered in May, we get bombarded with texts asking us to confirm Thursday’s delivery. We have installers scheduled for Thursday and Wednesday night they cancel the delivery. We have to wait 3 weeks. Ok. We wait. We drive two hours to delivery address with extra help and wait 8am-8pm. Online help assures it will be delivered today. We call the store and assistant manager says it never left on the truck. She assures us it will be delivered on Monday before 2pm. Today I spend the morning on the phone to make sure it’s on the truck - 4 calls and no straight answer. But I overhear another person say it’s not on the truck. Neither assistant manager can tell me why. One said it’s because they prioritize orders from February etc. so why on earth are you giving me a delivery date to sit and wait 12 hours for!!! So while I waited an hour for the other assistant manager to NOT call me back I called again to cancel the order. This time they say the items aren’t in stock. So much stories and empty promises. The main reason we ordered here was because everything was showing in stock. We are two hours drive from the store. And the delivery was for a stage 4 cancer patient who DOESNT have the luxury of time. So if you order or speak to anyone from this Lowe’s please don’t expect honesty.

  Typical big box store, but in the years I’ve been going there they’ve always had what I needed in stock. Staff are helpful if you struggle with the app, finding what I needed even when the app says there isn’t any available. That’s all I can really ask for.

  This 1-star review is specifically for the way my situation was handled by the store manager, John. not Lowe's as a company, and not the other employees who assisted me. I recently attempted to return a generator purchased from Lowe's. The return was made only four days after purchase, and the product remained unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. When I initially tried to speak with John, he refused the return based on the 48-hour generator return policy, which I understood. However, after leaving and reviewing Lowe's published return policy, I found an exception stating that items returned in original, unopened, undamaged, factory sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. After bringing this policy exception to John's attention, my concerns were ignored and I felt there was a lack of accountability as he walked away. My frustration is with his unwillingness to review or apply an exception that is clearly stated in the company's return policy. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that other employees/supervisor I spoke with were willing to process the return based on the policy exception for unopened, factory-sealed items. It was only after John became involved that the situation changed. I very rarely leave reviews, and I honestly cannot recall ever leaving a negative one before. Even now, several days later, I still have a sour taste in my mouth about how this situation was handled. Had my concerns simply been reviewed and addressed professionally, I definitely would not be writing this review.

  Mike in the painting dept at the Kona Lowe’s rocks!!! I went in to get the various paints to paint the outside of my house. Mike was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the process super easy and quick. Thank you! PS. He deserves a raise!
