  They charged me $300 for something I never authorized, don’t pick up the phone and hang up on me. They should respond to the fraud

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Never answer the phone. miss deliveries. Treat me like I'm the problem for ordering from them. Lots of excuses, no care for the impact to customers when they are weeks late on delivery. If you can at all avoid these folks, you should. they are not good people, they do not care about you, they all hate their jobs and you, you are just one more problem for them that management agrees is a problem. It's a small island, but if you can at all order from Amazon, HPM, Home Depot, anything else, do it. Our community deserves better.

  3 failed refrigerator deliveries. More than 8 hours dealing with customer service. I still don't have the refrigerator I purchased in May. My experience with Kona Lowe's appliance delivery has been incredibly frustrating. I've had three separate refrigerator delivery attempts fail. Each time, I planned around the scheduled delivery window and waited, but Lowe's did not complete the delivery. Trying to resolve it has been almost as difficult as the delivery itself. I've spent more than 8 hours dealing with customer service. On approximately five calls, I've been placed on hold for extremely long periods — sometimes over an hour — transferred repeatedly, and ultimately disconnected. I've also tried working directly with the Kona Lowe's, but I still haven't been able to get someone to take ownership of the problem and actually get my refrigerator delivered. I'm not looking for anything unreasonable. I just want the refrigerator I paid for. After three failed deliveries, I would expect Lowe's to determine what keeps going wrong, confirm that the refrigerator is actually available, and have someone with the authority to fix the problem oversee the delivery instead of simply scheduling another attempt. I'm posting this publicly because I've exhausted the normal customer-service channels without getting a resolution. I'll update this review if Lowe's resolves the problem and successfully delivers my refrigerator.

  I have shopped with Lowe’s for several years making it my go to for building products and some other items. Recently I’ve noticed a lack of inventory in many departments. I needed a pressure switch for my water pump. After doing the online search and filtering only what was in store I was shown seven items. None of those items were in stock, all had to be ordered, so much for the website. Also, a water pump switch is a very common item but there were none available. But. There is plenty of deodorant, soap, toy cars, t-shirts and host of other department store rubbish blocking the center aisles. Often navigating through the myriad of junk you can buy anywhere is a chore in itself. As if they block the aisles with enough crap I’ll want to buy it. Mostly I want to push it all out of the way. It’s discouraging to go shopping there for actual home improvement supplies to see plumbing, electrical and other departments a disorganized mess and often missing key items. I have discovered that although it’s closer to my location I’ll be going the extra distance and shopping at Home Depot. Disappointed.
