So easy to rent a space over the phone and in Kona there is so much space it was very convenient. We went into the office to make sure all was good and the people we spoke with were some of the nicest people we have ever met AND they were EXTREMELY helpful. Now that I am back home on the mainland I am looking for an Extra Space Storage location near me to move some items into.

Total scam of a storage place. I have one 10x10 unit. Once you're stuff is in, they just increase the rent over and over. Within 9 months, my unit went from $150 a month, all the way up to $400 dollars a month. Auto paying your bill just makes sure you don't know when they jack up the rate on you. Nobody calls to say anything about a rent increase. Pick a different company for storage in Kailua Kona.
