  The place is clean. The management is friendly and very helpful. The prices are affordable. Very happy with their services.

  Leilani was so pleasant to work with she explained everything thoroughly took her time and had a beautiful smile. The outside grounds were immaculate not one piece of trash anywhere. I felt very confident safe being a single woman going to my unit.

  Longtime tenant of former owners Kahului Storage, since 2014. New mainland ownership “Trunk Space” took over earlier this year, had immediate issues. First communications was a threatening letter with placing a lien on my space. We had no idea Kahului Storage was sold, no letter, no email, nothing . All this time we were on automatic payments, didn’t even need to check since we trusted KS. Had to sort out the mess they created and plead for late charges to be removed. Now, mid-July, received a letter increasing rent by $100 per month, or a 42% hike, starting August 1!? Sorry, poorly executed. This mainland corporate mentality is not pono. Needless to say, we couldn’t leave fast enough. The only reason I give 2 stars is due to credit Travis, the supposed manager, who had to check with “the higher ups” to get approval on anything. He was responsive and helpful, but not even sure he is employed there anymore. Ran over to Extra Space Storage close by, signed up quickly and easily, moved in, friendly staff, cleaner facility, oh and much less expensive too!

  I had a little trouble during move-in due to a misunderstanding on my end, but overall this was the simplest, smoothest, and most convenient storage rental experience I’ve ever had. I prefer things that require less face-to-face interaction, so being able to complete everything online was a huge plus. The ground-level units made moving in much easier, and the prices were very affordable with no hidden fees. The staff was friendly, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a hassle-free storage experience.
