Been trying to get a Security Screen Door installed since June 17th 2026
No one answers the phone to get updates. The Automated System is very inefficient and frustration.
We received email saying Inspried Energy Solitions Maui will calll up to measure the Doorway as first step. Still no call from them in 48 hours as promised on email. We been patient. What do you think?
Wonder if we should move on to Home Depot? Very disappointed in Customer Service.

It appears that there is literally no customer service available by phone. I’ve tried multiple times to reach the appliance department to place an order, including installation (installation is not available online). The t
eleprompt refers you to the appliance department, apparently, but it rings and rings and rings and eventually the call is dropped. This has happened multiple times in the last few days. I did try to use the chat bot on their website, but I was number 107 in the queue. I came back five minutes later and I had advanced all the way up to number 103! For such a large company, with otherwise a good reputation, I can’t understand why they let this go on. Look at the reviews on Yelp.

Been shopping at Lowe’s for years, usually have an ok experience, until lately!! What’s up with Tasha in the paint department? Does she not like her job? She acts like I’m bothering her when asking for paint. She actually told me that I would have to wait for my paint until she was done putting clearance tags on. My first encounter with Tasha she told me to ask another employee?
Luckily Scott helped me and he was very helpful!
Remember I can buy paint anywhere! And it won’t be Lowe’s!
