New tenant of Extra.
Former longtime renter of Kahului Storage (since 2014). Recently KS was bought out by mainland company in February and immediately had issues. Now they send a letter mid July raising rent $100 per month (+42%) starting August 1?!
Immediately looked for better options.
Found Extra Space, new tenant sign up online, easy, fast and immediate availability.
Moved into new space, had excellent service and friendly staff that were extremely helpful.
Did I say the facility is much cleaner too?!
