  For the third time, Pest Tech Hawaii has no-called and no-showed for an appointment they set. I have an active contract with them, but they do not seem to care. I would give them a negative review if I could. Very unreliable.

  5/8/26. Cancelled contract because Pest Tech hasn't shown up for the past three scheduled visits. I received a text clearly stating they would visit 8 May between 7:30am and 9:30am. I took time off and waited but was stood up. I called three times to get past their AI bot and finally spoke to Tina who apologized and said service was for 5/18, not 5/8. I spoke with the manager, Melissa, who apologized and said she'd try to get a tech there sometime today. I refused and cancelled my contract. For the record, when their techs show up the service seems thorough and works, but it's not worth my grief and lost salary repeatedly taking time off for their poor scheduling methods.

  My elderly parents booked them twice and Pest tech never showed up both times. They made excuses and never apologized. Very disrespectful to kupuna. Chance’em if you like, but seems to be a common theme from other reviews.

  I do not recommend Pest Tech. While their process is the same as others, they do not accept responsibility for damage. They destroyed ornamental shrubbery and left my gate unhinged. When I complained, no compensation, no apology.

  Shane was very informative and helped my mom with the fumigation and ground treatment estimate. My mom is 87 and she had many questions and concerns and she needed him to explain some things multiple times and he was very patient and understood she couldn't hear well. While the price quoted wasn't the cheapest, I could tell by the way Shane explained everything, that this company stood behind their work and would provide great service which is why I chose Pest Tech over the others. This was confirmed by the excellent job the fumigation crew provided as I took the day off from work so I could watch them as they covered my house. I think the person in charge was Corey? He was very nice and I could tell the workers really cared. I highly recommend Pest Tech Hawaii to all my friends and neighbors!
