The mansplaining guy who cut my levelor blinds today was a jerk. Instead of asking a proper question he just kept saying "28 inches exactly?" He should have said, "Are you aware that the machine takes off another half inch?" But some people haven't yet learned to communicate properly to women. He should take some classes on having some class.

They delivered a grill that arrived damaged, with multiple dents, chipped paint, bent metal, and misaligned doors. I have tried repeatedly to contact the store by phone, but no one answers. Or they will answer then hang up on you. The customer service has been an absolute and extremely disappointing.
At this point, I just want my money back and they can keep this piece of junk. It’s unacceptable to spend this much money on a product that arrives in such poor condition. Even worse, it seems you have to go to the store in person just to resolve an issue that was caused by them in the first place.
Very frustrating experience. I would not order from this store again. Buyer beware. I wish I could give 0 stars.
