  Fast response and follow through. Came on time. Technician Matt was terrific. Skilled, personable and fixed the old lock on our even older home office. And reasonalble!

  Mark saved us. Our car died at the beach, so our fob wouldn’t work and our manual key is broken. He was there in 10 minutes and had our door open in an about 10 seconds. He even offered to jump our car for us because it was dead. He gave us a great deal as well - cheaper than anyone else we called. There was no damage to the car at all. If you are locked out of your car or anywhere else call and request Mark. He was also very friendly and helpful. If I could I would give a million stars!

  The worst experience. I was on a walk and ran into a lady in need of help. She had her bag stolen earlier and was locked out of her apartment with no keys or phone. I called for a locksmith on this company’s number on google ,and he said he would be there in 7 minutes but it took him 15. Then when he arrived he was swerving all over the street bouncing curb to curb trying to, I assume, find parking? Then he reversed all the way back from up the other side of the street ON A ONE WAY. Then parked on a curb. He got out already with a nasty attitude and asked who was locked out. The lady answered and he said “okay, if your stuff got stolen how are you going to pay me?” I assumed he would’ve suggested and alternative like a bill. But apparently “they don’t do it like that”. I asked how much. He looked at his watch then said “right now it’s $325” which is outrageous to do in front of a customer. The lady was upset because she had a police report in her hands as evidence of her current situation. Given the circumstances I’m sure he could’ve try to work something out. She said she can give it soon as she gets a new card to pay a bill but he said “it doesn’t work like that, I need it now! I got bills too!” Which sounds like a toddler throwing a tantrum at the customer. Very unprofessional. I was about to offer to pay but before I had the chance he got in his car and peeled out of the area. Never in my life have I experienced service so selfish and awful. He drives a white Toyota Yaris is about 6ft local Hawaiian native, incapable of providing the slightest bit of customer service or compassion. I felt so bad for this women in this situation. She had been walking all day without shoes because those where in the bag too. All I could offer was my slides. Also she had a cat she couldn’t feed either.
