  In the middle of a move and had a bike whose lock was hard stuck, and because it was a U-lock, couldn't use standard bolt cutters; even more complicated, the bike was on Hickam! Called at about 8:30PM and heard back from Nick fast. He couldn't make it til today but set me up with Mark so we could get it done. Within and a half or so, Mark met us at the visitor's center and used an angle grinder to cut the lock! Had they not made it when they did, my bike might not have made it in the shipment on time today! Thanks, guys!

  All I can say is THANK YOU to Denise. We accidentally locked our keys in the trunk of our Miata rental, and because of the car’s lock mechanism, getting it open was almost impossible. Denise stayed with us for over an hour trying everything she could and never once gave up until she finally got the car open. What meant even more was how genuinely kind and caring she was through the whole experience. Afterward, she even offered to make sure we got back to our hotel safely since both of our phones had died, and asked if we needed to stop for food or water because we were all the way in North Shore coming back to Waikiki. She truly went above and beyond for us, and I will never forget her kindness and patience. Denise is an absolute angel, and we are so incredibly grateful for her help

  Nick was extremely helpful, professional, and personable! Extremely knowledgeable and was very efficient with his work! Had a really positive experience with this locksmith, especially when it came to communication. From the first call, they were clear, polite, and upfront about pricing and timing. They kept me updated on their arrival and responded quickly to any questions I had, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful.

  I called four different lockpick services and matthew provided the most competitive pricing. He was prompt, very personable and flexible in his scheduling when I had a last minute meeting come up the day of our appointment. He got me back into my locked room within ten minutes of arriving. He was also very respectful of my home and pets while working.
