From start to finish, Budget Blinds of East Oahu did a spectacular job helping us make our new house truly feel like home. First of all, I requested quotes from multiple companies and it was Steve, local franchise owner, who got back to me expediently to set up a consultation. We generally knew what we were looking for, but Steve really helped us become confident in our decisions. He truly knows the product he’s selling and had tons of samples for us to consider. He was patient as my elderly mother bombarded him with questions, all while petting our two little chihuahuas who (amazingly) loved him. After we placed our order and custom measurements were taken, Steve gave us a realistic timeline for arrival and installation, which he and his son did themselves. He was wonderfully communicative and scheduled installation the moment the products arrived on island. Our house now feels like a home, and our shutters are GORGEOUS. It felt really good to know I’d invested money in an improvement that beautified my home, but also built equity. So, so, so glad we went with Steve and family at Budget Blinds of East Oahu!

Many years ago, we had our old vertical blinds removed in our living room and replaced with roller shades. Recently, we decided to replace all of our vertical blinds in all of our bedrooms with roller shades. We remembered having a good experience with Budget Blinds of East Honolulu. After receiving an estimate from Steve Palmer, we waited 3 weeks for the order to be delivered. Then Steve and his son Keane showed up promptly and got to work. They worked quietly and efficiently to remove the old blinds and to install the new shades. No mess, no drama. We are truly pleased with the shades as they let in more light but yet they provide complete privacy. We would highly recommend Budget Blinds of East Honolulu to anyone, and we have already told relatives & friends about this outstanding business. Steve is also very knowledgeable about his product and answered all of our concerns. He is thoughtful, courteous, and patient. He has worked hard all these years and deserves this rave review for providing such excellent service.
