Recently, we decided to replace all of our vertical blinds in all of our bedrooms with roller shades. We remembered having a good experience with Budget Blinds of East Honolulu. After receiving an estimate from Steve Palmer, we waited 3 weeks for the order to be delivered. Then Steve and his son Keane showed up promptly and got to work. They worked quietly and efficiently to remove the old blinds and to install the new shades. No mess, no drama. We are truly pleased with the shades as they let in more light but yet they provide complete privacy. We would highly recommend Budget Blinds of East Honolulu to anyone, and we have already told relatives & friends about this outstanding business. Steve is also very knowledgeable about his product and answered all of our concerns. He is thoughtful, courteous, and patient. He has worked hard all these years and deserves this rave review for providing such excellent service.

He thoroughly explained the differences and what would work best for the rooms we needed blinds for. Even though the blinds are manufactured in the Midwest the turnaround time was very fast, and Steve handled the installation in about an hour and a half. From our initial meeting to installation was less than two weeks - that, along with quick, responsive service made the this a great experience.
