  I’ve been a loyal customer of Leslie’s in Woodstock for the last 8 years. One star isn’t even deserved; However I will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!! I can’t recall in my recent past being treated so rudely and disrespectful by any retailer. I went in for a simple water test and that’s when I encountered the Manager Emily. I wished I had never met her. Her lack of patience along with her nasty demeanor was totally unacceptable! This sounds a little graphic… but I feel as if I had been abused as a loyal consumer! I politely purchased my items and went on my way against my better judgment. I was concerned if I stayed the situation would have continued to escalate. I quite frankly wasn’t up for the challenge… so I just left feeling totally unappreciated and disrespected! I would greatly enjoy someone one at a divisional or regional level to please contact me regarding your Manager at this location named “Emily “! Emily is a disgrace to your Brand! She should be reprimanded or terminated based on her “customer no-service” with me. Others in the store while I was there clearly saw what was going on. I decided to take my business elsewhere as I will not tolerate her behavior. Good luck Emily… Because you are going to need all the help you can in your potential career! Finally please know I hate leaving this type of review. It pains me. I’ve sat on my thoughts for a week now… so this is truly how I feel. What a shame!

  Not happy with the quality of the skimmer head I purchased. It's stiff like a screen. So cheap for a $25 skimmer.

  I've been a customer of Leslie's Pool for nearly six years, and it's always been a great experience. Whenever I've encountered a pool issue that had me completely baffled, their team has been able to provide a solution. With their guidance, I've always been able to get the problem resolved. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They consistently have the products and supplies needed to keep a pool running smoothly, regardless of its size. I highly recommend Leslie's to anyone looking for reliable service and expert advice for their pool care needs.

  We had a very pleasant experience with the only lady working today. I was sad I didn’t catch her name. She had curly brown hair and glasses she was very funny and sweet. We are new pool owners and she explained the process very thoroughly and kindly. She told us everything we needed to know to fix up the chemicals in the water and even helped us look up a new filter online for future reference. We will come back and I hope we see her again.
