Loved the ease of completing online registration. The facility was extremely clean and the climate control is perfect. Stevyn approached me while I was at my unit to introduce himself and give a warm welcome and let me know if I needed anything that I could reach out to him and gave me his business card was much appreciated.

Something fishy is definitely going on here. 43 positive reviews in the last month alone. 23 in the last two weeks. Knowing that statistically maybe 1 in 5 people will bother to even leave a review (probably less than that, but let’s be conservative), that means this place has rented out over 100 units in the last two weeks; over 200 in the last month. Over 1,400 reviews overall - for a storage facility!! Impossible. They don’t have close to that many units available to be turning over 100 every two weeks. They would have to be turning over 7 units a day to make these numbers. Not even close to realistic. They are either incentivizing positive reviews, even if you don’t end up renting, or they are straight up manufacturing reviews. I will wait for their reply here.
