employees cant do the bare minimum. I called to get a receipt and even spelling my email 4 times they couldn't get it. they transferred to 3 different people (without telling me they were transferring my call) and the last person I spoke was the assistant manager Crystal and I never got the email - I asked her to repeat what she had wrote and she said the system dont save the information. absolutely pathetic

Normally I love coming into Lowe’s but today is a different story. I came in for business and when I asked the lady in the paint department if she could come get some paint for me she was absolutely rude. I explained the ladder was exactly where it needed to be in order to get the cases down that I needed and she responded with “I know, I put it there” when I reiterated saying “no ma’am I’m saying the cases I need are right where the ladder is she said “give me a minute “ (she had an attitude behind her statement)okay no problem but then she began speaking to another customer and I thought she was talking to me but she snapped back “no I was talking to her.” If she hates her job that much she shouldn’t be here. I expect to be treated the same way you expect me to treat you if you were to come into my place of business. By far the worst experience I’ve had in this place. I’d post her name but it was covered by her jacket.
