  Eric is always on time.. even a few min early. We never have had issues since he has been coming. He does a very thorough job. He is polite and does an amazing job.

  ⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience — Poor Customer Service I wanted to share my experience with National Exterminator so other homeowners can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. During the installation of their termite bait system at my home, several PVC water lines and parts of my sprinkler system were damaged. The damage left my home without water until repairs could be arranged. Although the company eventually sent contractors to address some of the damage, the entire process was frustrating and took much longer than expected. What concerns me most is that the restoration work is still not completely finished. The damaged grass/sod has still not been replaced, despite being told that this would be taken care of. The customer service has also been extremely disappointing. I specifically had multiple interactions with the General Manager, Gene, regarding the unresolved issues. In my experience, his communication was extremely rude and unprofessional. On more than one occasion, when I tried to discuss the situation and get an update, Gene hung up the phone on me instead of addressing my concerns. I believe customers deserve to be treated respectfully, especially when there is an unresolved issue involving damage to their property.

  Great customer service the lady in the office hooked me up with some stuff and set up an appointment and the technician Joseph called me that same day and was able to work around my schedule and arrive on time and explained everything to me in great detail and walked me through everything he could do for me and everything that was included in my contract

  Our Technician Eric does an Excellent job. We have know problems with bugs or anything. This is a great company to use.

  My wife, Kathy, and I are so thankful for our pest control technician, Justin Pinnell. He is so prompt, always on time, and very conscientious and professional. We hope you will consider giving him extra paid time off as a result of his continued excellent service.
