My husband and I spent over $500 at Lowe’s (2704 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA) on June 29, 2026, including an assembled pressure washer. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
When he began using the machine, he discovered that the spray gun was missing. I called the store but could not reach customer service, so I brought the unit back myself. The initial interaction at customer service was unpleasant, and I was told my 48-hour return window had passed, despite the product being incomplete.
After requesting a manager, the situation improved. The manager checked other assembled units and discovered they were also missing spray guns, which confirmed this was not an isolated issue. She provided a universal replacement, which we appreciated.
However, the next day we found that the quick-connect nozzles were also missing, requiring an additional $59 out-of-pocket at another store just to use the machine.
This experience reflects a serious issue with quality control on assembled products, as well as inconsistent customer service. While the manager attempted to resolve the issue, the overall experience fell far below expectations.
I hope Lowe’s addresses these issues to prevent future customers from going through the same frustration.

Yesterday Friday went to the Lowe's on Watson and was buying cabinets ask I don't know how many employees to get me somebody to help me they said I'll call somebody that happened four five times 15 or 20 employees walk back like going to the bathroom break room or wherever it was they were going never offered to help said they would call somebody nobody ever showed up so me my daughter and my granddaughter loaded the cabinets ourself they checked us out over at the appliance center we got to the front of the store I asked for somebody to help us load them she said I'll call somebody nobody ever showed up I went back in she said she'd call somebody nobody ever showed up so the three of us got them loaded I went back in and I asked to speak to a manager she said nobody ever showed up I told her no she said she would call someone I said don't bother we loaded them but I want to speak to a manager she said there he goes so I walk back outside and ask was he the manager he said yes told him the whole ordeal he turned and walks back into the store without saying one word to me he goes over and he's talking to the girl at the service desk he never turned around and said one word to me after spending $1,000 I don't think this was great customer service not even good customer service from now on I will shop at home Depot that way the employees at Lowe's can continue their break. Lowe's you need to do better I am a 65-year-old woman and trying to do this myself you should be ashamed

Employees are absolutely lost at this location. Each one had to ask someone else the question I asked. A literal chain of people to find out where something was located. Management needs to step up and train the employees.
