I was just trying to do a simple transaction of making my elderly grandmother's payment for her. I had the bill with all of the account information, but I was told I absolutely could not pay it without her social security number. Strange, I've never had this happen any where else I've ever made a payment...inconvenient, but whatever. The part that was so irritating was how long I had to wait to find that out. The line did not move for a half hour or more. There were people that had already been waiting longer than me. The employee clearly couldn't help the customer(who eventually just gave up and agreed to come back later) and there were 6 other customers waiting, but she did not call for help a single time. Multiple employees came by, looked at all of us waiting and then just went back to slowly walking around the store. The customer service in this store is so bad it's almost impressive.

I went to Warner Robins Lowe's on Watson for 20 pavers. I am a Disabled Veteran and asked for assistance loading. The cashier said he'd have someone meet me right outside.
After waiting, 20 mins no one came. There were six garden employees that I saw, 4 in blue vests and 2 in red vests. The store was pretty much empty. Besides myself, there were two other customers. I asked the cashier if someone was coming to assist and was told he didn't know but he'd call again. After another 15 mins, I called a fellow veteran to come assist me.

Shout out to Garfield!!! He is doing an amazing job as an associate! I came in today and he assisted two customers with screws, created a key and helped me find a screw that I did not know the size for and he was covering down in a department that he’s not assigned to which is above and beyond! While maintaining a positive attitude! Give him a raise and more hours if he so desires it! Thank you Garfield 🙌🏾👏🏾
