    The worst, and I mean worst experience I have ever dealt with in not only in the dry cleaning business, but also business just as a whole. This place said they would have my suit dry cleaned and finished on Sunday as I have a big interview on Monday and needed it. When I call today, they are unable to locate the matching pants so I go in store to try and find a resolution. They essentially tell me to leave and come back tomorrow despite not having service done and have completely lost the pants. No offer for a refund or any solution, and the owner Trey cussed at me for simply wanting just that. I would take your money and go anywhere else, this place needs to be shut down.

    I’m going to save you some time and tell you to NEVER come to this dry cleaning business in Villa Rica. They lost my fiancé’s $168 Ralph Lauren suit pants and then treated us like crap when we asked how it could be made right. The owner Trey cussed at his customers and this business honestly just needs to be shut down. I get that everyone makes mistakes but refusing to take accountability and do anything to make things right is absolutely unacceptable. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

    Ashley is very kind and always helpful. They have a seamstress that does excellent work.Her name is lisa. The owners son needs to understand customers,Come first.If you're on the clock , do the job.
