On the positive side, the employees I encountered were consistently kind, courteous, and eager to help. It's refreshing to walk into a store where the staff genuinely seem pleasant and willing to assist customers. Unfortunately, that goodwill only carries one so far when the questions become more specific. When I inquired about the quality and durability of certain furniture pieces, the answers became noticeably less certain. To be fair, no one was rude or dismissive they simply seemed to have little knowledge about the products beyond what was displayed on the sales tag. As a customer making a significant purchase, I was hoping for a bit more guidance. That lack of information became particularly disappointing after the purchase. I spent roughly $650 on two furniture pieces, only to watch both begin falling apart after about a month and a half of normal use. For decorative accents, Hobby Lobby excels. For furniture, my experience left much to be desired. The situation is frustrating because the store itself is pleasant, the staff are friendly, and the shopping experience initially feels positive. Yet those strengths are overshadowed when a substantial purchase fails so quickly and there seems to be little product expertise available to help customers make informed decisions beforehand. Three stars. The people were lovely, but my furniture proved to have a significantly shorter lifespan than my optimism.

Fabric and yarn selection are very limited with popular brands like Lion brand yarn be swapped out for HL's poor quality brand. Michael's is better alternative with better quality items and friendlier staff. Plus it's partnered with Joann's fabrics!
