  Thank you soooo much for making this the easiest rental that I have ever had to do! Josh was absolutely amazing and explained everything before I signed. Highly recommend Big Ben Moving and Storage to anyone needing additional space.

  Purchased contents of a storage unit recently and while they were very nice and helpful at the beginning when it came time to get our cleaning deposit back they denied us claiming we put a washing machine in their trash bin, which we did not. She claimed she had us on camera doing it at first, then she said it could have been another person that was there that day but yet when I asked to see the video myself, she was unable to do so. We brought our own dump trailer with us to throw any trash away that came out of the unit and if she had us on camera she would have seen that. After lots of back and forth she finally agreed to refund it but when we went to get it, the person working contacted the lady on the phone who was being completely rude talking trash about me to the employee and since he had her on speakerphone I could hear every word. Was then told I’d have to wait 7 days for the main office to process my refund because they had already closed out the acct.

  Very helpful Tonya met us to view the space after close and was extremely accommodating. Fully recommend if anyone had storage needs for short or long term.

  I rented a storage unit today from Tonya . I had seen their ad on Facebook and all thoe it was a few minutes out of the way I had to check them out and im extremely glad I did. Tonya went over and beyond to assist me, her professionalism & kindness sealed the deal for me! The price was great but because of her and how easy she made this process for me was why I rented from this storage facility. The facility is well maintained, clean. Highly recommend! Thank you, Tonya for making this experience 5 star. Buy her lunch, she is a keeper. Thank you, Keri
