I ask question and keep my tone kind as I am also in the service industry. Her tone and unwillingness to be helpful in less than a year is not ok. I called today to see about moving my unit. I understood she couldn’t hear me well but she kept interrupting and wouldn’t stop. I couldn’t say anything even after I took her off speaker. I will be moving my unit HAPPILY to not have to deal with that experience again. Thank you for your professional response. I called back 3 times and continues to hang up on me. Extremely unprofessional. How is she your manager?
